I'm Venkata Rayala, a Salesforce architect and engineering leader based in Chicago. I help regulated enterprises scale Salesforce and adopt AI agents without losing governance or control.

For nearly 1.5 decades, I've worked on the architecture standards, governance frameworks, and delivery practices that let complex enterprise platforms scale reliably inside highly regulated environments. My background spans master's degrees in computer science, accounting, and business administration — a combination that shapes how I think about architecture: not just as a technical discipline, but as a governance and business problem.

I currently lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence at Northern Trust, a global financial services and wealth management firm, focused on governance, platform standards, and how AI capabilities get built responsibly on top of enterprise data.
